UrjaVolt EV Solutions LLP is a Limited Liability Partnership incorporated in India, engaged in the design, manufacture, assembly, supply, installation, and servicing of EV charging infrastructure including DC fast chargers, AC smart chargers, solar integration systems, and related spare parts and software.

Services including site surveys, installation, commissioning, and annual maintenance contracts (AMC) are subject to separate written agreements between UrjaVolt and the customer. These Terms do not constitute a binding service contract.

4. Enquiries and Contact Forms

Submitting an enquiry through our website does not constitute a purchase order or binding agreement. All enquiries are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. UrjaVolt will make reasonable efforts to respond within 24 business hours but does not guarantee response times.

Support tickets submitted through our support form are routed to support@urjavolt.com. Response times for support tickets are targeted at 4 business hours but are not contractually guaranteed unless specified in a signed AMC agreement.
